Operators, not vendors

Everyone in the room runs fulfillment for a living. No consultants farming leads, no software reps waiting for an opening. Just a safe room, where discretion is mandatory, for real people to communicate honestly with real testimony.

The monthly meetup

A live call every month where members talk through what is actually happening in their buildings. Nothing recorded, nothing published.

Channels for the things you actually deal with

WMS, carriers, billing and pricing, equipment, software and client leads each have their own channel, so a carrier question does not get buried under something else.

What membership is funding next

  • An SOP library, written by members, for the processes every operator ends up building twice.
  • A vendor and software directory with real member reviews and recommendations. From big ticket items like WMS to smaller details like where to get thermal label printers for the best price.
  • A member directory so you can find the operators that run an operation like yours, use the same WMS or have experience with a new process you're looking to add to your operation.
  • Benchmark reporting from aggregated, anonymous member data. Nothing tied to a company, nothing sold. Just solid data you can use to make sure your operation is on the right track.
  • In-person meetups and an annual gathering.

These are funded by membership subscriptions and being built now. We are telling you what is coming rather than pretending it already exists.

03 / Membership

What it costs and how you get in

We are selective about who joins. That is not a marketing line. It is what maintains the integrity of the community, trust between its members, and quality of the conversations.

Monthly
$150 / month

Billed monthly, per company. Two members included.

AnnualSave $360
$1,440 / year

Works out to $120 a month. Per company, two members included.

Need more than two people from your company in the room? Extra members are $75 a month each, or $720 a year each, which is $60 a month.

Membership subscriptions fund the community resources above, the meetups, and advocacy for the industry.

Every application is reviewed before membership is offered

No application is waved through. We look at who you are, what your company does, and whether you will add something to the room. If it is not a fit, we will tell you. You are not charged anything while your application is being reviewed.

  1. Apply. A short form about you and your company, and what you are hoping to get out of the group.
  2. We review it. A real person reads every application. You hear back either way.
  3. You are approved, and you pick your billing. Monthly or annual, then your Slack access turns on.
